Senior product engineer on the SMPLE platform — the agent
productivity and brokerage software built by SERHANT for real
estate professionals across the tri-state area.

core interfaces, integrated AI APIs to automate back-office
workflows, and shaped how agents interact with listings, leads,

Lead React Native Engineer — Contract
2024 - PRESENT
Creator-monetization platform · Under NDA
Lead engineer on a creator-monetization platform combining a
TikTok-style vertical short-form video feed, live streaming, paid
DMs and tipping, and an in-app token economy with 5 IAP packs
($1.99–$49.99).
Architected and built end-to-end across mobile and infrastructure:
vertical video feed with FlashList virtualization, RTMP live
streaming via api.video on the JS side and HaishinKit on the iOS
native side, on-device camera effects through Vision Camera and
Skia, token-based IAP through RevenueCat wired to Supabase
webhooks, and Stripe Connect for creator payouts with edge-side
bank account encryption.
Built the backend across two Supabase projects (prod + staging) —
60+ Postgres migrations covering the token economy, KYC and
moderation tables, RLS-secured throughout, and ~10 edge functions
for IAP verification, RevenueCat/Stripe webhooks, push
notifications, and live-stream provisioning. Video stored on
Cloudflare Stream; photos and avatars on Supabase Storage.

Product Engineer & Designer — Nansen.ai
Jan 2021 - Sep 2022
www.nansen.ai
Owned both UX and front-end engineering for new features on
Nansen.ai's crypto analytics platform. Worked across the stack on
the NFT tracking dashboard, wallet data views, and marketing
surfaces in the dynamic DeFi space.
Designed the NFT tracking dashboard and wallet-data flows end-to-end
— from research and wireframes through to production React
components. Built the dashboard news section and implemented the
alert scheduling component used by paying subscribers.
On the growth side, shipped marketing landing pages with A/B
testing instrumentation to optimize conversion, and partnered with
the team on data-driven iteration loops.
TOOLS USED
Front-end Engineer & UX Designer — AquariumHub
Apr 2021 - Sept 2021
www.aquariumhub.com
Rebuilt the AquariumHub ecommerce marketplace from a non-mobile,
underperforming site into a responsive, conversion-focused
experience for both buyers and sellers.
Owned the end-to-end work — researched the aquarium-enthusiast
audience, designed the new UX, and shipped the front-end code for
listing, search, and a streamlined checkout. Designed and built
the mobile experience from scratch (the prior site was unusable on
phones).
Scaled the team as the workload grew, sourcing and onboarding
additional engineers, and set the templates and direction for the
accompanying social and marketing rollout.
TOOLS USED
Front-end Lead — Immediation Inc.
Jan 2019 - Dec 2020
www.immediation.com
Led the front-end of Immediation's multi-platform video
conferencing and mediation tool for lawyers and claimants — the
category-defining product in the legal-tech mediation space.
Managed a team of two developers and one QA specialist as the
front-end lead, owning the architecture and shipping cadence for
the web client across web and mobile breakpoints. Built the
real-time video room UX in close partnership with the backend
team.
Introduced A/B testing as a standing practice — every meaningful
UX or flow change shipped behind an experiment, with data driving
what stayed and what got rolled back. This shifted the team from
opinion-driven to data-driven product decisions.
TOOLS USED
Mobile UX Designer & Front-end Engineer — Bitcoin.org
Sep 2018 - Dec 2018
www.bitcoin.org
Designed and prototyped the user experience for bitcoin.org's
mobile wallet across iOS and Android, working directly with the
CEO on flows, key-management UX, and security-first interaction
patterns for a non-technical audience.
Built the wallet's marketing landing page end-to-end and shipped
the production front-end, translating the wallet's complex
cryptography concepts into a UX that everyday users could trust.
TOOLS USED
UX Designer & Front-end Engineer — A4Tech
Feb 2018 - Oct 2018
www.a4tech.com
Led the end-to-end overhaul of A4Tech's website and the desktop
application that ships with their mouse and keyboard peripherals,
partnering with cross-functional teams across product and
hardware.
Owned the work from research through to production: user
interviews and usability testing surfaced the pain points; the
redesigned web experience drove a 30% increase in
engagement and a 20% decrease in bounce rate; the
redesigned desktop app cut user-reported issues by 25% and
improved onboarding completion by 40%.
Built a shared design system spanning web and the native desktop
app so that releases on either side stayed visually and
behaviorally consistent — a foundation the in-house team continued
to ship on after the engagement ended.
